Training Report under the UN Voluntary Fund for Victims of Torture (UNVFVT): January 2024 – December 2024

Gender Representation

  • Although female participation was lower than males, sessions like the ICC workshop (3 June) had notable female representation (40.9%), reflecting progress towards gender inclusivity.

Trainer Diversity

  • Internal trainers (Lenin Raghuvanshi, Shruti Nagvanshi, and others) conducted 8 out of 9 sessions.
  • The external trainer (Ms. Muniza Khan) facilitated a specialized session on workplace safety.

Challenges Identified

  1. Limited Female Participation in Leadership Workshops:
    • Need for targeted efforts to encourage more women in decision-making roles.
  2. Resource Allocation for Marginalized Communities:
